This painting was created around a single thought: the moment when the world begins — and the moment when it ends.

I imagined a time before anything familiar existed. No forests, no oceans, no living creatures. Just heat, light, and matter slowly taking shape. At the same time, I couldn’t ignore how similar this vision feels to what the end might look like — when everything returns to the same state of silence.

The surface is built around a heated, almost burning light — like an early sun that hasn’t yet learned how to be gentle. Around it, layers of smoke-like forms appear: soft, heavy, and enveloping. They don’t move dramatically; instead, they settle over the space like a dense veil, holding everything together and dissolving it at once.

I wanted this painting to feel timeless — not tied to a place or moment, but to a state of existence. There are no clear shapes to read, no narrative to follow. Only atmosphere. Only presence. The kind of space where something could be born… or quietly disappear.
